ENTIRETY. PARTICIPATION IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SEEKING
APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, TAX, AND FINANCIAL ADVICE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FABRIC FOUNDATION, FABRIC PROTOCOL LTD OR ITS AFFILIATES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS
AIRDROP.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Airdrop” means the promotional distribution of Tokens at no monetary cost.
“Claim Portal” means the official website or interface operated by or on behalf of the
Fabric Protocol Ltd to facilitate token claims.
“Foundation” means the Fabric Foundation.
“Tokens” means the $ROBO digital tokens distributed through the Airdrop.
“User” means any individual attempting to access or claim Tokens through the Claim
Portal.
“U.S. Person” has the meaning commonly used under U.S. securities laws, including any
U.S. citizen, permanent resident, entity organized under U.S. law, or person acting on
behalf of such persons.
1.
Eligibility Requirements
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into
binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
1.2. You are NOT:
A U.S. Person, including any citizen, permanent resident, entity organized under U.S.
law, or person acting on behalf of a U.S. Person
Located in or a resident of any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction (including
Iran, North Korea, Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Syria)
Listed on, or acting on behalf of any person or entity listed on, sanctions or
restricted party lists maintained by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or
the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI)
Using VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies to circumvent geographical or legal
restrictions
1.3. You represent that all information provided during the claim process is true,
accurate, and complete.
1.4 You represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent
or intermediary, and that claiming the Tokens does not violate any applicable laws or
regulations in your jurisdiction.

Airdrop Claim Process
2.1. Wallet Connection: Connect a compatible EVM wallet to the official claim portal
2.2. Eligibility Verification: The system will verify your eligibility based on
snapshot data and on-chain activity
2.3. Terms Acceptance: You must manually check the box indicating you have read and
accept these Terms & Conditions
2.4. Cryptographic Signature: Sign a gasless message in your wallet to formally agree
to these terms
2.5. Token Distribution: Upon successful completion, $ROBO tokens will be distributed
to your connected wallet
2.6 Claim Limitations:
Only one claim per eligible wallet is permitted
Claims are subject to availability and may be time-limited
Fabric Protocol Ltd reserves the right to invalidate or revoke claims if eligibility
requirements are breached or information is later found to be inaccurate
Blockchain transactions are irreversible and claims may fail due to network
congestion, smart contract limitations, or technical errors

Risk Acknowledgements
3.1. No Value Guarantee: The Tokens have no guaranteed value and may lose all value.
There is no assurance of any market liquidity.
3.2. Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory treatment of digital assets is uncertain.
Changes in regulations may adversely affect the Tokens.
3.3. Technology Risks: The underlying blockchain technology may experience flaws,
cyber-attacks, or other technical issues.
3.4. Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining and paying any
taxes that may apply to your receipt or holding of Tokens.
3.5 No expectation of Profit: You acknowledge that the Tokens are not acquired for
investment purposes, do not represent any ownership interest, profit-sharing right, or
claim on revenues, and should not be purchased or held with any expectation of profit
derived from the efforts of others.

Token Information
4.1. Token Type: Utility token with governance capabilities within the $ROBO ecosystem
4.2. Total Supply: 10B
4.3. Vesting Schedule:100% at Token Launch Event
4.4. Use Cases: Platform access and fees, governance participation, and protocol
participation mechanisms, which may evolve over time. No use case implies guaranteed
returns or income.

Prohibited Activities
5.1. Sybil Attacks: Creating multiple accounts to farm additional allocations is
strictly prohibited 5.2. Fraudulent Claims: Providing false information or using
compromised wallets will result in claim revocation
5.3. Jurisdiction Circumvention: Using VPNs or other methods to bypass geographical
restrictions is forbidden
6.
Wallet, Data, and Security Acknowledgements
6.1 You acknowledge that the Fabric Protocol Ltd does not custody private keys or
control your wallet.
6.2 You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and
signing activity.
6.3 Fabric Protocol Ltd may collect limited technical data (including wallet address,
cryptographic signatures, IP-based geolocation, and eligibility signals) solely for
compliance, security, and claim verification purposes.
6.4 Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and executed at your own risk.
7.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabric Protocol Ltd and its affiliates
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from or related to the Airdrop or Tokens.
7.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fabric Protocol Ltd and its affiliates
from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms
or misuse of the Claim Portal or Tokens.
8.
Dispute Resolution
8.1. Binding Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual
arbitration 8.2. Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class
actions or class arbitrations
8.3. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Virgin
Islands.
8.4. Venue: Any arbitration shall take place in the British Virgin Islands.
9.
General Provisions
9.1. Amendment Rights: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
9.2. Termination Right: We may suspend or terminate the airdrop at our sole discretion
9.3. No Investment Advice: This airdrop does not constitute investment advice or an
offer of securities
9.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and,
the Fabric Protocol Ltd.
9.5 Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force.
9.6 Assignment: The Fabric Protocol Ltd may assign its rights and obligations without
restriction.
9.7 Survival: Sections relating to risk acknowledgements, liability, dispute
resolution, and indemnification shall survive termination.
